Your Ultrasound Results
Each ultrasound is independently interpreted by three board-certified physicians, providing an additional level of expertise, accuracy, and clinical oversight.
Once the results are available, our medical director will review them with you personally. You’ll have unhurried time to ask questions, discuss the findings, and learn about any recommended follow-up care.
You will also receive a copy of your comprehensive ultrasound report for your records or to share with another healthcare provider, so you have clear, detailed information about your pregnancy.
What Comes Next
If your pregnancy is continuing, establishing care with a licensed OB/GYN or midwife is an important next step. Circle of Hope does not provide full prenatal or obstetric care, but we will gladly help you find a provider, establish care, and coordinate with your healthcare team.
We can also help with practical steps that make accessing care easier, including insurance or Medicaid enrollment and transportation assistance.

We understand that seeing your ultrasound can be a very special moment, and you may want to capture an image to remember or share with someone you love. If you would like to take a picture of the ultrasound screen with your phone, just ask your sonographer. Permission is determined on a case-by-case basis and is at the sonographer’s discretion.
Sometimes a pregnancy is simply too early for every detail to be seen clearly, and that does not automatically mean something is wrong. Early pregnancy can change quickly, and even a few days can make a difference in what is visible on ultrasound.
Depending on what we see and how far along you may be, your physician may recommend repeat blood work, a follow-up ultrasound, or both to get a clearer picture of how the pregnancy is developing.
