An unplanned pregnancy can bring a flood of emotions -worry, fear and uncertainty.
From the moment you saw that positive test, everything may have suddenly felt heavier — the decisions, the emotions, the pressure, the questions, and the weight of what comes next. When so much is hitting you at once, it can be hard to think clearly or know where to begin.
Real Facts. Real Choices. Real Help.
At Circle of Hope, you are more than a positive pregnancy test, a difficult decision, or this overwhelming moment. You are a whole person — with genuine concerns, real needs, unique circumstances, and a future worth protecting.
Here, you will not be pressured, rushed, shamed, preached at, or pushed by fear or guilt.
What Will This Cost Me?
Every service at Circle of Hope is provided
free of charge.
We want you to receive the information, medical care, and support you need without worrying about payment.
How Do I Get Started?
Step 1: Make an Appointment
When you’re ready, call or text 352.355.6765. We’ll answer your questions, help you choose the type of visit that works best for you, and take it from there together.
Phone, virtual, and in-person appointments are available, including same-day, evening, and weekend scheduling. Walk-ins are also welcome whenever we’re able to accommodate you.
All services are free and confidential, with no pressure and no obligation. Transportation assistance through Uber may be available if getting to your appointment is difficult.
Our bilingual client advocates are here for you, helping you feel comfortable, understood, and cared for from your very first conversation.
Step 2: Meet with a Trusted Advocate
When you arrive at Circle of Hope, you’ll complete a brief intake form so we can better understand your needs. You’ll then meet privately with a dedicated client care specialist who will take time to listen, learn what you’re facing, and understand what matters most to you.
Initial appointments are typically about one hour, giving you time to ask questions and talk through your situation without feeling rushed. If you need more time, we’ll gladly make it available.
Whether you’re considering parenting, adoption, or abortion, you can speak openly about your concerns, pressures, and circumstances. Together, you can create a personalized care plan for your health, emotional well-being, finances, housing, work, school, relationships, and practical needs—with spiritual support available if desired.
Step 3: Receive a Pregnancy Test
As part of your appointment, you’ll be offered two pregnancy tests: an onsite rapid urine test for immediate results and a laboratory urine pregnancy test, with results typically available within 24–48 hours.
Depending on your test results and clinical information, our physician may recommend a comprehensive obstetric ultrasound. Each scan is independently reviewed by two board-certified radiologists and our medical director, and you’ll receive a detailed written report.
If your results differ or are inconclusive, our physician may recommend quantitative hCG bloodwork or additional testing to provide greater clarity.
Ultrasound appointments are available Monday–Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
You May Be Wondering...
It is completely okay to feel unsure. Many women and teens do, especially when a pregnancy is unexpected or life already feels complicated.
You do not need to have an answer before you come in. At Circle of Hope, you can slow down, ask questions, and talk honestly about what you are feeling and what concerns you most.
We will help you understand your pregnancy, your options, and the support available to you so you can think clearly and make a decision that is truly your own.
Circle of Hope is here for women, men, teens, and families at every stage of an unexpected pregnancy.
Whether you are considering abortion, preparing to parent, exploring adoption, or carrying difficult feelings after a past abortion, you will be received with warmth, kindness, and understanding. We will listen without rushing you, take your concerns seriously, and help you find the support that feels most helpful right now.
We offer confidential medical care, clear information, practical help, and ongoing support at no cost. If you have experienced abortion and would like someone to walk with you, compassionate counseling and abortion recovery support are also available to help you find peace, healing, and hope.
This is a fair question, and one we are happy to answer.
The answer depends on what you mean by that term.
Some people would consider Circle of Hope a pregnancy resource center because we are a life-affirming organization that does not provide or refer for abortions. At the same time, many people ask this question because they have deep concerns about how some pregnancy centers advertise and provide services, and we take those concerns seriously because people can be harmed when care is not honest, clear, and client-centered.
Over the years, some men and women have shared experiences that left them feeling misled, pressured, judged, or unheard. Some expected abortion-related services and later discovered those services were not offered.
Others felt important information was not clearly explained, their concerns were minimized, or they were treated as though the pregnancy was the only issue that mattered.
We understand why those experiences would be deeply troubling.
That belief shapes everything we do.
From the beginning, we are clear about who we are. Circle of Hope is a Christian, life-affirming organization. We do not provide or refer for abortions, and we do not hide that. We believe you have a right to know exactly where you are, exactly what we offer, and exactly what we believe before deciding whether our services are right for you.
Just as importantly, we believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.
You do not have to agree with us, share our faith, or make the decisions we would make in order to be treated with great kindness here.”
Many women contact us expecting a lecture. What they usually find is a conversation.
Our role is not to pressure you, shame you, argue with you, or make decisions for you. Our role is to provide medical services, practical support, accurate information, and a safe place to sort through what is happening in your life.
We do not use fear, graphic images, religious guilt, pressure tactics, exaggerated medical claims, or deliberate delays. We do not present opinion as medical fact. We do not believe women should be manipulated into any decision.
We believe informed decisions require honest information, time to think, and the freedom to ask difficult questions.
Circle of Hope does not provide or refer for abortions.
Our mission is to care for every person who comes through our doors while protecting and supporting the life of the developing baby. We believe no one should feel pushed toward abortion because of fear, pressure, financial hardship, lack of support, or the belief that there is no other way forward.
We provide accurate medical information, trusted healthcare services, practical help, and honest answers. We will never exaggerate, withhold, or misrepresent medical facts to influence your decision. Our goal is to ensure your decision is truly your own—not one shaped by pressure, fear, or circumstances that leave you feeling you have no real choice.
We understand that some patients will ultimately choose abortion. No matter where you are in your decision-making process, you will be welcomed and cared for with exceptional kindness, compassion, and respect. You will never be pressured, shamed, judged, or made to feel guilty. Our care for you does not depend on the decision you make. We will continue to treat you with the same honesty, compassion, and respect every step of the way.
When you arrive at Circle of Hope, you’ll complete a brief intake form so we can better understand your situation and determine what support or medical services may be most helpful.
You’ll then provide a urine sample for clinical pregnancy testing and meet one-on-one with a master’s-level, specially trained client advocate. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, discuss your concerns, and explore your options in a comfortable, confidential environment where you’ll be listened to with care and respect.
If your test is positive, our physician may recommend a comprehensive obstetric ultrasound using advanced imaging technology. This is more than a basic confirmation scan. Each ultrasound is independently reviewed by two board-certified radiologists and our medical director, providing a high level of clinical oversight and a detailed report to help you better understand the location, gestational age, and development of the pregnancy, as well as any findings that may require follow-up care.
Our services are always provided at no cost, because every woman deserves access to high-quality care and a wide range of support — without barriers or pressure.
Walk-ins are always welcome. To help us serve you as quickly and smoothly as possible, we recommend scheduling an appointment. Call or text us at 352.355.6765 — we’re here to help and look forward to serving you.
You’re welcome to bring your partner, husband, a family member, or a trusted friend. We’ll begin by meeting with you privately, and with your permission, your guest may then join you. Your comfort, privacy, and support always come first.
Yes. You can call, text, or come in to speak with us privately.
We understand that reaching out may feel difficult, especially if you are worried about how a parent, boyfriend, or someone else may respond. At Circle of Hope, you will be treated with kindness, respect, and privacy, and your concerns will be taken seriously.
Under Florida law, a pregnant teen who is not married may consent to certain medical care related to her pregnancy without a parent or guardian’s permission. This may include pregnancy testing, obstetric ultrasounds, pregnancy-related bloodwork, prenatal examinations, and treatment for pregnancy-related health concerns, depending on the provider and your medical needs. Florida law also allows minors to receive confidential examination and treatment for sexually transmitted infections without parental permission.
We are here to listen, answer your questions, explain the care and support available to you, and help you understand what may come next. You can share only what you feel comfortable sharing, and you will not be judged or pressured.
You are welcome at Circle of Hope, no matter your immigration status.
We do not ask about immigration information, and you never need to share it to receive care. Insurance is not required, and everything we provide is offered at no cost.
From the moment you reach out, we want you to feel safe, respected, and genuinely cared for. Whether you have questions, need medical services, or simply need a quiet, private place to talk, we would be honored to help.
All you need is a valid photo ID — that’s it.
For the most accurate results, there’s no need to drink large amounts of water or have a full bladder. In fact, over-hydrating can dilute the urine and affect test accuracy.
For best results:
- Drink fluids normally (just stay comfortably hydrated)
- Avoid excessive water intake right before your visit
- Try not to use the restroom for 2–3 hours before testing
- Do not feel pressure to “fill” your bladder
Our high-sensitivity urine pregnancy testing is designed to be reliable without special preparation. You’ll be guided with care, invited to ask questions, and supported throughout your visit — so you can feel informed, comfortable, and confident.
At Circle of Hope, we care about the whole situation — not just the pregnancy.
You may be worried about housing, transportation, finances, school, work, childcare, family pressure, relationship concerns, immigration issues, physical health, mental health, personal safety, or simply what comes next. Those concerns are real, and they matter.
We do our very best to provide whole-person care, practical help, medical services, trusted referrals, and ongoing support based on each person’s needs.
We also believe support should not end after one appointment. We continue walking alongside women, men, and families throughout pregnancy and beyond whenever continued support is welcomed.
Our help is offered without strings attached. We do not require participation in religious activities, classes, programs, or outdated pregnancy and parenting videos to receive basic help, such as baby supplies. We believe essential support should be offered with dignity, not made to feel like something someone must “earn.”
We also recognize that fathers often need support and guidance. When appropriate and welcomed by the mother, we help men better understand what she may be experiencing, how they can offer meaningful support, and what resources may be available to them as well.
Whether you are planning to continue your pregnancy, considering abortion, exploring adoption, have already had an abortion, are still deciding what to do, or simply need a safe place to ask questions, you are welcome here.
The people we serve are not pro-life statistics, projects, fundraising stories, or causes. They are individuals and families facing real challenges, making difficult decisions, and doing the best they can with the circumstances in front of them.
Being welcomed into someone’s story is something we never take for granted, and we are honored to help however we can.
Yes. Circle of Hope is a Christian, faith-based organization. Our faith calls us to serve every person with deep compassion, genuine kindness, and unwavering respect.
Your appointment is not a religious appointment, and we will never pressure you to adopt our beliefs. You do not need to be Christian—or have any religious beliefs—to receive care and support from us.
Our position on abortion is not based on religion alone. We also view it as a human rights issue rooted in the belief that every human life has value and deserves protection. At the same time, we understand that others may see this issue differently, and we respect that people come to us with different beliefs, experiences, and points of view.
We are not here to make a political statement. We are here to serve. Everyone receives the same medical services, practical help, privacy, and compassionate care, regardless of faith, background, beliefs, or decisions. Prayer and spiritual conversations are never required and will be included only if you ask for them or would find them helpful.
We are open about who we are because you deserve to know what to expect before choosing where to receive care. Whether you share our faith, practice another faith, or have no religious beliefs, you will be welcomed with compassion, cared for with kindness, and supported with the same genuine concern from your first conversation through every step that follows.
Yes. While appointments are recommended so we can give you the time and attention you deserve, walk-ins are always welcome, and we’ll do our very best to accommodate you.

“Circle of Hope was there for me when I was scared, alone, and pregnant. Even after my abortion, they continued to support and guide me. They have stood by me, reminded me of my worth, and helped me move forward. I will always be grateful for their kindness.”

“I just started senior year when I found out. I was terrified and had one week to decide what to do. Circle of Hope helped me tell my parents, stay in school, and get ready for my baby. I’ve met so many other young moms here and we help each other too. It’s like a second family. You’ll get all the help you need here, just ask. It will be OK, you’ll see.”

“This place is truly amazing. The moment I walked in, I felt calm and at peace. I kept thinking, “What’s the catch?” but there wasn’t one. The care was exceptional, the support was personal, and I never felt like just another patient. I felt heard, cared for, and truly supported. I’m so grateful I found Circle of Hope when I needed them most. They helped me feel steady during an extremely difficult time.”

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but Circle of Hope really deserves one. I’m a guy without insurance who came in for STI testing and was honestly pretty nervous. The staff made me feel welcome right away, kept everything private, answered my questions, and never made it awkward. I got my results quickly, the doctor explained everything, and my medication was free. I’m very thankful this place exists for men too.”
Maris G.
“Sharing such an intimate and personal experience with strangers is scary, but the people here are absolutely amazing. The empathy, kindness, and high-quality medical care they offer is better than what I have experienced at my OB/GYN. Every service was free, and I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. I’ve felt safe, heard, and truly cared for the whole time. 10/10 experience! Truly thankful.”
Tunya W.
“I can personally provide an exceptional review for Circle of Hope, because my daughter was a recipient of their services during her unplanned pregnancy. The staff truly provided support from a physical, social, emotional, financial, spiritual and educational perspective. The assistance allowed my daughter the ability to manage her pregnancy to a healthy delivery and beyond.”
Kenya R.
“I will always recommend Circle of Hope to women and families in need. They were there for me 24/7 during the hardest year of my life. They helped me with Medicaid, housing, baby supplies, mental health support, and real in-person classes where I could connect with people, not just watch videos. I don’t know how I could have done this without them.”
Tiyana M.
“I didn’t want to be pregnant. This was not my plan at all, and I honestly thought my life was over. Liesa and her staff welcomed me with so much care. They helped me find real help real fast. They are a saving grace for women who are pregnant and feel alone, like I did. I love this place, I love my baby girl, and I’ll always be grateful.”

“When I lost insurance and had no place to turn, Circle of Hope truly came to my rescue. They even got me a temporary place to stay for the week. I have been so blessed to come across them and to receive care for my baby. Help that I desperately needed. I truly can’t thank them enough!”

“From the moment I walked in I felt safe, comfortable, and truly cared for during a very emotional time. If you feel lost or unsure of what to do, this is the perfect place for you. They not only provide excellent care medically, but they also treat you with genuine kindness and concern. What I thought would ruin my life actually was the best gift I could ever have. I’m deeply grateful beyond words.”
Dominique J.
“My boyfriend left and my mom kicked me out. I had no idea how I could possibly keep my baby and had to decide fast. I texted Circle of Hope and was seen the very same day. They helped me get a place to stay, insurance, and reliable transportation to work. They treated me with so much kindness when I needed it most and even help with childcare now. I’m forever thankful.”
