STI Testing & Treatment

Many STIs have no noticeable symptoms, especially early on. Screening can identify infections before they cause complications, giving you the opportunity to receive treatment sooner.

Circle of Hope offers free STI testing and treatment for women and men in a welcoming, confidential setting. Our PCR-based diagnostic services provide highly accurate, comprehensive screening for multiple common infections. Testing is quick and simple and may involve a urine sample or blood draw, depending on the screening needed.

During pregnancy, an STI assessment is essential because some infections can affect both your well-being and the health of your baby.

Results, Treatment & Follow-Up

If a test result is positive, our medical provider will review the report with you and discuss what care is recommended. Many infections are treatable, especially when identified early.

Treatment is provided at no cost. If specialized care is needed, our physician will help connect you with an appropriate medical provider. Follow-up testing is also available free of charge after treatment to help confirm the infection has cleared.

Choosing to get tested is a responsible step toward protecting your health and the health of others. We are here to provide the information, support, and practical guidance you need, including help with how to talk with a partner if needed.

STI Testing & Treatment for Women and Men

STIs are common, and many do not cause noticeable symptoms. Testing is the only way to know for sure — and getting answers early can help protect your health and the health of your partner.

Common STI Symptoms

Many STIs cause no symptoms, so testing is the only way to know for sure. When symptoms do appear, they may include:

    • Unusual discharge
    • Burning or pain when urinating
    • Pelvic, lower abdominal, or testicular pain
    • Sores, bumps, blisters, or rashes
    • Itching, irritation, or discomfort
    • Pain during sex
    • Bleeding between periods
    • Fever, fatigue, or swollen glands

Even if you feel completely fine, you may still have an infection. Confidential testing can give you clear answers and help protect your health and your partner’s health.

Circle of Hope provides confidential STI/STD testing for women and men in a safe, respectful setting. Our testing is comprehensive, meaning we screen for a broad range of common sexually transmitted infections — not just one or two.

We utilize advanced PCR-based lab testing, which can help detect infections with a very high level of accuracy. Some testing may be completed onsite, while other testing may require a simple lab visit through one of our trusted partner laboratories. If an outside lab visit is needed, we will explain everything clearly so you know exactly what to expect.

Before any test is ordered, we will clearly explain what it checks for, why it may be helpful, and what the results may mean. Nothing is done without your knowledge and consent.

If a test comes back positive, a physician will review your results with you and help you understand the next steps. When treatment is needed, it is provided discreetly and at no cost whenever available through our clinic services.

You deserve clear answers, confidential care, and respectful support — without shame, pressure, or financial stress.
