Circle of Hope partners with AdaptHealth to help patients access durable medical equipment, home medical supplies, and remote monitoring services that may support their health during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, infant care, or ongoing medical needs.
AdaptHealth is an independent healthcare company and is not part of Circle of Hope. We simply help connect eligible patients with their services when a referral or prescription may be appropriate.
Services May Include
- Breast pumps covered by insurance
- Lactation support resources and breast pump education
- Gestational diabetes support, including glucose meters, testing supplies, continuous glucose monitors, and remote monitoring when appropriate
- Remote pregnancy monitoring, including blood pressure, weight, and other health measurements when medically appropriate
- Owlet® infant monitoring for eligible families when prescribed
- Compression garments and lymphedema supplies
How the Referral Process Works
If our physician believes you may benefit from one of these services, Circle of Hope can send the required prescription directly to AdaptHealth on your behalf.
Their team will then verify your insurance benefits, explain your coverage, obtain any required authorizations, coordinate delivery when available, and provide support for your equipment or supplies.
Insurance Information
Unlike services provided directly by Circle of Hope, AdaptHealth services are billed through insurance. Insurance is required, and any coverage, deductibles, copayments, or out-of-pocket costs are determined by your individual insurance plan.
