Prenatal Care & Support

Pregnancy Care Coordination

There can be a lot to figure out after a positive pregnancy test. You may be looking for a healthcare provider, trying to understand your insurance, or wondering what needs to happen next.

Our team is here to answer your questions, take care of the details, and make accessing the right services feel much more manageable.

We can assist with:

  • Applying for Presumptive Eligibility for Pregnant Women (PEPW), Pregnancy Medicaid, and other available insurance programs
  • Understanding your insurance coverage, benefits, and available pregnancy-related resources
  • Helping you find and connect with an OB/GYN, midwife, maternal-fetal medicine specialist, or another provider for ongoing pregnancy care who fits your needs and accepts your coverage
  • Coordinating referrals, follow-up testing, specialty appointments, and other recommended medical services
  • Sharing your lab results, ultrasound report, and other appropriate health information with the provider you choose, with your permission

Practical Support

A healthy pregnancy often involves more than medical services. Everyday challenges such as transportation, housing, childcare, finances, school, or work can make an already stressful time feel even more overwhelming.

You don’t have to figure everything out on your own. We’ll take time to understand your situation, identify practical solutions, and connect you with resources that can make daily life feel more manageable.

We do more than simply provide a list of referrals. We help you identify resources that fit your needs, make meaningful connections, follow up as circumstances change, and remain involved as you build a healthier, more stable future for yourself and your growing family.

Pregnancy can affect every part of life—not only your physical health.

We offer:

  • Pregnancy, childbirth, newborn-care, and parenting education
  • Support for fathers and partners
  • Healthy relationship and co-parenting guidance
