Primary Care Services
At Circle of Hope, clients may receive primary care support through both in-person and telehealth appointments. Whether you are experiencing symptoms, need follow-up care, have questions about medications, or simply want help understanding a health concern, our physician is here to help.
We believe healthcare should never feel rushed or impersonal. Our medical provider takes time to listen, answer questions, and explain things clearly and carefully. You deserve to be heard, valued, and given accurate information so you can make confident decisions about your health.
Primary care services may include:
- Evaluation of common illnesses and minor medical concerns
- Medication management and prescription services when appropriate
- Pregnancy-related care and follow-up
- Laboratory testing and review of results
- Referrals to specialists when additional care is needed
Circle of Hope is not a full OB/GYN practice, and ongoing prenatal medical care should be provided by a licensed obstetric provider.
As you establish prenatal care, we can help by:
- Providing trusted referrals to local OB/GYN and prenatal providers
- Assisting with insurance applications, including Pregnancy Medicaid
- Helping you understand your benefits and access care without unnecessary delay
- Coordinating referrals and sharing appropriate medical information with your permission
- Supporting continuity of care so important details are not missed
Think of Circle of Hope as part of your support team.
Your OB manages your ongoing prenatal medical care. We come alongside you with whole-person support that can include education, practical resources, emotional encouragement, referrals, classes, material assistance, community connections, and steady guidance throughout pregnancy and beyond.
From your first visit through pregnancy — and even after your baby arrives — our heart is to help you feel cared for, supported, and connected to the resources you need for yourself, your child, and your future.
